1. What is Auto-Renewal?
Auto-renewal ensures your services are renewed automatically using your default payment method or account credit.
2. How to Activate Auto-Renewal
- Log in to the Client Area.
- Go to Services → My Services.
- Select your service.
- Enable Auto Renew.
3. How to Deactivate Auto-Renewal
- Log in to the client area.
- Open the service details page.
- Switch Auto Renew to Off.
4. Important Notes
- If auto-renew is disabled, you must pay invoices manually.
- Unpaid invoices → service suspension after due date.
- Always check your payment method is up to date.
