1. What is Auto-Renewal?

Auto-renewal ensures your services are renewed automatically using your default payment method or account credit.


2. How to Activate Auto-Renewal

  1. Log in to the Client Area.
  2. Go to Services → My Services.
  3. Select your service.
  4. Enable Auto Renew.

3. How to Deactivate Auto-Renewal

  1. Log in to the client area.
  2. Open the service details page.
  3. Switch Auto Renew to Off.

4. Important Notes

  • If auto-renew is disabled, you must pay invoices manually.
  • Unpaid invoices → service suspension after due date.
  • Always check your payment method is up to date.
