1. Introduction
Sometimes you may want to stop using a service you purchased. MyHBD allows you to request cancellation directly from the client portal.
2. Steps to Cancel a Service
- Log in to the Client Area.
- Go to Services → My Services.
- Click on the service you want to cancel.
- Select Request Cancellation.
- Fill in your reason (optional).
- Confirm the request.
3. Cancellation Types
- Immediate Cancellation → The service will stop right away, and data/IPs will be removed.
- End of Billing Period → The service will remain active until your current billing cycle ends.
4. Important Notes
- Backup your data first! Cancelled services are deleted and cannot be recovered.
- Domain names are non-refundable even if cancelled.
- If you have auto-renew enabled, make sure to disable it before cancellation.
