How to Cancel Your Service

Learn how to request cancellation of your MyHBD service through the client portal, including immediate and end-of-term options.

1. Introduction

Sometimes you may want to stop using a service you purchased. MyHBD allows you to request cancellation directly from the client portal.


2. Steps to Cancel a Service

  1. Log in to the Client Area.
  2. Go to Services → My Services.
  3. Click on the service you want to cancel.
  4. Select Request Cancellation.
  5. Fill in your reason (optional).
  6. Confirm the request.

3. Cancellation Types

  • Immediate Cancellation → The service will stop right away, and data/IPs will be removed.
  • End of Billing Period → The service will remain active until your current billing cycle ends.

4. Important Notes

  • Backup your data first! Cancelled services are deleted and cannot be recovered.
  • Domain names are non-refundable even if cancelled.
  • If you have auto-renew enabled, make sure to disable it before cancellation.
