1. Why Upgrade?
If your current VPS or hosting plan doesn’t meet your needs (CPU, RAM, storage, or traffic), you can easily upgrade from the client portal.
2. Steps to Upgrade
- Log in to the Client Area.
- Navigate to Services → My Services.
- Select the service you want to upgrade.
- Click Upgrade/Downgrade.
- Choose the new plan and billing cycle.
- Confirm and pay.
3. Payment & Billing Adjustments
- WHMCS calculates pro-rata charges if you upgrade mid-cycle.
- If you downgrade, changes take effect at the next renewal date.
4. Tips
- Consider longer billing cycles for discounted pricing.
- After upgrading, resources may take a few minutes to apply.
