1. Introduction

n8n.io is a powerful workflow automation tool that runs in Docker.
With the n8n application template in the MyHBD Cloud Panel, you can install n8n on your VPS in just a few minutes.

Our system provides two ways to use the n8n installer:

  • Choose the n8n one-click install option during VPS order.
  • Or install n8n later using the n8n recipe inside the MyHBD Cloud Panel.

2. Install n8n During VPS Order (One Click Installer)

  • When ordering a VPS at MyHBD.net, go to the One Click Install tab.
  • Select n8n Installer from the list of available applications.
  • Your VPS will be deployed with Docker and n8n pre-installed using our optimized n8n template.

This is the fastest way to start using n8n automation workflows.

3. Install n8n Using the n8n Template (Recipes in Cloud Panel)

  • Log in to Client Area → Select your VPS → Login to Cloud Panel
  • Or directly open MyHBD Cloud Panel.
  • Navigate to Recipes.
  • Choose n8n Template (n8n installer) and confirm installation.
  • The recipe will automatically install the latest version of n8n with Docker on your VPS.

This option is useful if you already have a VPS running and want to add n8n later.

4. Verify n8n Installation and Access the Web UI

After installation, open your browser and access n8n at:

http://SERVER-IP:5678

You should see the n8n web interface where you can start building workflows.

5. Logs and Install Information

All installation logs are saved in:

/n8ninstall.log

Check this file for details about the n8n installation process.

6. Important Notes

  • You can install n8n during VPS order with the one click n8n installer or later with the n8n recipe template.
  • n8n runs inside Docker, so Docker will also be installed automatically if not already present.
  • Installation may take several minutes depending on your VPS resources.
  • Make sure your VPS firewall allows port 5678 for external access.
  • You can reinstall or update n8n anytime by re-running the n8n installer recipe.
